  What an amazing surgery this is ! I was recommended a physiotherapist from the village surgery by my orthopaedic consultant in June 2015 ( due to the many success stories that he had privy to) From the moment I initially made contact with and spoke with the reception staff and then meeting the physiotherapist I was welcomed and completely put at ease.
  
  I was treated with respect, professionalism, empathy and more importantly I had access to an experienced professional who clearly knew exactly what she was both "doing"and advising me "to do" (ie exercises) that I needed to do when at home. At the start of this journey I truly thought that I would never be where I am today (physically) The pain discomfort and inconvenience re these issues initially had me thinking that there would never be "light at the end of the tunnel." (And I'm not a negative person !)
  
  When I had a few relapses (which was completely normal with this type of injury) I was always encouraged, and then had the anatomical reasoning of "why this was happening" explained to me. This honesty and professionalism motivated me because it was reflected in my continued recovery. I felt like we "we were Team". One year on I am back to work, 95% recovered and still amazed at what Has been achieved with the support I received. Thank you again the Village surgery, I would highly recommend your services.
