  My boyfriend and I have been renting via The Letting Store for just over 6 months. Their service has been refreshingly different from our previous letting agent experiences. Mark and the team were always friendly and available.
  
  The Letting Store were very understanding of our rental pet needs and were happy to help with any queries. Another handy service they supply is emailing you invoices and receipts of your monthly rent – most letting agents we've used in the past will barely pick up the phone, so we were quite shocked to get this level of customer service!
  
  Can't praise these guys enough. Would definitely rent or let property through them in the future.

  I have been renting from this agency now for almost four years and have nothing but praise for Mark Legett and his team.
  The paper work and admin was sorted in extra fast time in order to secure this beautiful home that me and my family have been delighted with from day one.
  Whenever I have needed to speak to Mark, Matt or Lisa they have answered any calls or emails so quickly and in the most professional of manners at all times. As a customer, I can honestly say that I feel like I matter - I've never felt like anything is too much to ask and that's something or a rarity these days, so it's even more appreciated when it involves feeling secure and happy in our family home.
  Mark has always gone above and beyond for us, he is always a pleasure to deal with and has such an approachable manner, I couldn't give higher praise. I am one very happy customer and if I rent again it will only be through this company.
  In summary I can only say positive things about Mark and the team, they make the business of renting a home very easy and stress free - a company that really is and has been a pleasure to be renting from.
