You will be beguiled by amazing polite, well mannered, butter would not melt in my mouth pre contract service but this is nothing like I got once the contract was signed. Deceit and lies, short cuts, substituted cheaper material not to mention broken promises. Don’t turn your back for a moment. I checked twice a day, but they still pulled dishonest dealings when I was not looking. Be particularly aware of a project manager whose initials remind you of the manufacturers of roasted peanuts.
